Reason 1: Latest Update of Contact form 7

There are major upgrades in the Integration page. The Constant Contact integration module has been newly introduced, and the reCAPTCHA module now supports the v3 API. Probably your contact form 7 was working fine and suddenly after the new update, you are getting this error. This is due to the conflict with your themes and plugins.
